Trip to the Field Museum
What a wonderful experience I had at the field Museum. Probably I have been there before, but it has been a long time. Also, you get a lot of information that you never knew before and it might be interesting to you, to let someone else know that they should go to the field Museum. Even though it was a very nice day the Museum was free for people and it wasn't crowded as the shedd Aquarium we went to last time. The Museum has a lot of fascinating exhibits for visitors to come and see whenever the Museum is free and it is a very amazing place to be because you get to see different kinds animals, history, and science.
Furthermore, the exciting moment I had at the Cultural Museum was the Scavenger Hunt I did with my team member's. We had to download an app and pick a team captain to register for a account and share with our teammates joining a game for the Field Museum Scavenger Hunt 2016. After that my classmates and I went on the train to go to the Field Museum and the train stopped because something happened. When we got off the train we walked to the Field Museum, and it was kind of rainy and hot. At the same time when we got to the Field Museum as we were walking I saw a dinosaur called sue but I didn't have the chance to take a picture of her.
Moreover, my Team and I got a map for the Scavenger Hunt and it was hard for us to read it because it wasn't that helpful, but my teammates and I worked together to highlight what we needed for the game, it was easy for us to do it like that. We had to find somethings we have never seen before. For example, we had to get on the African bus and take a picture with someone that is not from our group. so our profossor gave us a hint where the African bus was, we went there and took a picture with someone that is not from our group. afterwards, we had to find a Chinese statue and take a picture with a stranger. we were kind of scared to ask but asked a lady if she can take a picture with us because it's a Scavenger Hunt that is for our class and she said yes.
Also, we had to find a Mask and take a picture with a stranger. my teammates and I asked a little kid if he wants to take a picture with us but he ran away from us and we asked his parent they said no. so, there were these two couples who were coming towards us we stopped and asked them if they can take a picture with one of our group member and they said yes. It was really fun doing the Scavenger Hunt because we crossed out what we did and count how many more we had left. On the other hand, we had to find a Native American clothing. which was very hard for us to find because they were so many people in the place that we were in and we had to go us a team to see where it was. We didn't need a stranger to take a picture for this game because the only thing we had to do was find the clothing. The only thing that we couldn't find was a shoe because we looked everywhere to find it so thank god sue came and help us find the shoe we thought that it had to be a specific shoe that we need to take a picture of. we found a glass that has shoes in it. The game was take a picture with a stranger we asked this man if he can take a picture with one of our group member and he said yes.
Therefore, being at the field Museum was a very special day for me because I had fun with my teammates and hopefully I get to go back there again one time because I had experienced seeing animals, dinosaurs, and learning things I have never seen. Sometimes you can miss things that you have never seen before. it was really nice meeting new people at the Cultural Museum.
